The Mission

As we push the boundaries of digital transformation, we are looking for an expert AI Agent Developer to design and deploy autonomous systems capable of optimizing global logistics flows and corporate processes.

You won't just be making API calls; you will be building the "operational brain" that enables our platforms to reason, act, and scale with unprecedented intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Agent Architecture: Design and develop multi-agent systems (MAS) capable of complex reasoning, tool-use, and autonomous decision-making.

  • Advanced RAG Pipelines: Implement sophisticated Retrieval-Augmented Generation to connect our deep industrial knowledge bases with LLMs.

  • Orchestration: Utilize frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or LangGraph to coordinate intricate agentic workflows.

  • Model Optimization: Select and fine-tune models (GPT-4o, Claude 3.5, Llama 3) based on performance, latency, and cost-efficiency.

  • Backend Integration: Deploy robust, scalable AI services and integrate them seamlessly into Redspher’s existing digital infrastructure.

  • Tech Advocacy: Stay at the forefront of AI research to ensure Redspher remains a leader in the "Agentic Era" of global trade.

Your Profile

  • Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Python and a proven track record of building production-ready AI agents.

  • LLM Expertise: Deep understanding of Prompt Engineering, fine-tuning, and managing long-context window architectures.

  • Data Culture: Experience with Vector Databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate) and traditional SQL environments.

  • Mindset: You possess the "startup soul"—you are proactive, agile, and thrive in high-performance international environments.

  • Communication: Fluent in English (professional working proficiency is essential for our global operations).
