The Mission

As our Network Administrator, you will be the backbone of our digital infrastructure. You will ensure that our pan-European teams stay connected, secure, and efficient. Working directly under the authority of the CTO, you will balance high-level infrastructure optimization with essential hands-on support for our collaborators across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

Your missions include, but are not limited to:

• Infrastructure Management: Proactively manage and continuously improve our global network infrastructures to support our rapid expansion.

• Network Security: Implement and maintain robust security protocols to protect our data and communication channels across all business units.

• Asset Management: Oversee the lifecycle of IT assets, ensuring all hardware and software resources are tracked, updated, and optimized.

• L2 Helpdesk Support: Act as the Level 2 escalation point for our collaborators throughout Europe, resolving complex technical issues with efficiency and a service-oriented mindset.

Requirements & Skills

To succeed in this role, you must demonstrate:

• In-depth Network Knowledge: Advanced mastery of network protocols, specifically TCP/IP and HTTP.

• Security Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with Firewall technologies and perimeter defense.

• Telephony Systems: Proven knowledge of modern telephony infrastructures and VoIP solutions.

• Language Skills: Full professional proficiency in English is mandatory, as you will support an international team across multiple borders.

• Location: Contern, Luxembourg.
