Role

The Product Owner / IT Project Manager is accountable for maximizing product value and ensuring successful delivery. This role bridges business goals, user needs, and delivery execution by owning the backlog, driving clarity on scope and priorities, and coordinating stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes on time.

You will work closely with Engineering, QA, Support, and business stakeholders to ensure solutions are well-defined, validated, and released with measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the delivery plan and priorities, ensuring the team is always working on what matters most.

• Translate business and user needs into clear requirements, user stories, and actionable tasks.

• Work closely with customer support, business owners & users to ensure the right customer problem is solved

• Lead the successful implementation and rollout of new product features

• Act as the key interface between business and IT teams.

Condition of employment:

• Master in engineering or business administration preferred

• First experience in the Product or Digital world

• Fluency in French and professional English
