Area Sales Manager (BELGIUM)
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for building lasting relationships, driving customer success, and identifying opportunities for growth within your accounts. The Area Sales Manager is based in Belgium.
Responsibilities

Act as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.

Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships.

Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profitability.

Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.

Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions aligned with client needs and objectives.

Communicate progress on monthly and quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.

Identify opportunities for account growth and areas for improvement to meet or exceed sales targets.

Forecast and track key account metrics, including quarterly sales results and annual projections.

Prepare regular reports on account status and performance.

Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new opportunities within assigned territories.

Support clients by addressing challenges and managing issue escalations promptly and effectively.
Profile Requirements

Proven ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executive and C-level.

Experience in delivering client-focused solutions tailored to customer needs.

Strong track record of managing multiple accounts or projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Ability to embrace digital transformation and leverage it as a driver of business growth.

Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

Language skills: Dutch / French (bi-lingual) and English

Experience and transport & logistics is a plus
