About the Role

As a 2PL Operations Associate at Redspher Group, you will play a central role in managing and maximizing the efficiency of our exclusive fleet network of over 600 vehicles operating daily. You will oversee the complete dispatching process, ensuring flawless coordination, cost optimization, and high service quality for every shipment.

This role requires a keen eye for detail, quick decision-making under pressure, and strong communication skills. Over time, you’ll develop expertise in transportation planning and dispatch management while driving continuous improvement across our 2PL network.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the exclusive dispatching process and daily operations of the 2PL fleet, always ensuring optimal line haul performance and balanced vehicle utilization.

• Select and propose optimal transport solutions to shippers during the bidding process, maintaining a focus on service quality and cost efficiency.

• Guarantee adherence to service quality standards for shippers and issue accurate instructions to carriers.

• Collaborate closely with the Dispatch Center Middle Office, 24/7 Control Center, and Fleet Management Team to achieve cost and km turnover objectives.

• Identify and act on market trends to improve planning performance, including repositioning and fly-in/fly-out vehicle management.

• Support the co-loading strategy by identifying synergy opportunities and working with optimization stakeholders.

• Manage the customs process when applicable, ensuring compliance and timely delivery.

• Take ownership of operational issues related to exclusives, following up through to full resolution.

• Approve and validate customer pricing and carrier reimbursements.

• Handle daily operational issues such as delays, non-conformities, complaints, and pricing discrepancies.

• Cooperate with Operations Team Leaders to address service failures and customer complaints.

• Serve as a liaison between the Operations and Administrative departments to ensure smooth invoicing and process alignment.

• Provide insights and participate in IT system enhancements, including testing and process feedback.

Language Requirements

• Native proficiency: French, Italian, Polish, or Romanian.

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Working Conditions

• Shift Coverage: Monday to Friday, between 07:00 and 20:00 (8-hour shifts).
