2PL Operations Associate

Your responsibilities:

• Ensuring a high level of customer service in accordance with internal processes and client requirements
• Proactively monitoring transport operations to identify, record, resolve, and prevent potential issues using internal tools
• Creatively solving potential problems that may impact customer experience and timely transport execution
• Timely escalation of any irregularities to ensure continuous communication with customers
• Identifying potential areas for improvement and providing feedback to enhance processes
• Reporting and recording all non-conformities using an internal quality management tool
• Communicating in English and Romanian and coordinating actions with other internal departments across Europe
• Providing support to other departments when needed

Our requirements:

• Minimum secondary education
• Proficiency in Polish and English, allowing for fluent communication and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely; Romanian will be a plus
• Availability to work in a shift system (6:00 AM – 10:00 PM)
