We are looking for a People and Culture Specialist who will empower our international Human Resources Team.

Role Purpose

The People & Culture Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the initiatives and programs that define the employee experience at Redspher. This role focuses on the "Culture" pillar of the HR Strategy, ensuring that our "Redspher DNA" is consistently felt across our global offices. The Specialist acts as the architect of learning content and the guardian of employee sentiment.

What will you do?

• Design the Learning Experience: You will create and update e-learning programs, video tutorials, and interactive presentations. This also includes designing specific AI-readiness paths and training materials that make future-skills accessible to everyone.

• Cultivate the "Redspher DNA": Acting as a Brand Ambassador, you will ensure our core values are not just stated, but felt. You’ll create the communication toolkits that highlight our unique identity internally and externally.

• Listen & Influence (Employee Pulse Survey): You will support the employee satisfaction survey process using Octomine. You will translate data into actionable insights that help management improve our daily culture.

• Shape the Global Talent Ecosystem: You will support the rollout and the modernization of the initiatives of our Talent Program.

• Support Engagement & Belonging: You will design new and coordinate current programs that bring our "Redspher DNA" to life. This includes supporting our Onboarding, Hero Program, and celebrating Birthdays and Work Anniversaries to ensure everyone feels seen and valued.

Your Profile:

• Education: Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or similar.

• Language: Very good English(written and verbal); level B2+

• Interpersonal skills: Clear and consistent communication tailored to an international and multicultural environment.

• Digital & visual fluency: A ‘tech-savvy’ approach; excellent use of various tools (Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Canva) with the ability to learn new software quickly. Experience with e-learning platforms will be a plus.

• Creative skills: Ability to transform ideas into engaging, visually compelling presentations and educational content.

• Open-minded approach: Solution-oriented, proactive, with an interest in how AI is reshaping the workplace.

• Experience-driven mindset:  A passion for Employee Experience and a desire to build a culture that people want to be a part of. 

• Previous HR experience, especially in an international environment, is valued, but your potential to drive change and motivation to shape the global culture is what matters most.
