Team Leader

Responsibilities:

Under the responsibility of the Branch Manager, the Back-Office Team Leader will notably undertake the following tasks:

• Recruit, train, and manage the operational team. Ensure the team's needs are met and set up schedules.
• Co-create the operational processes of the team and ensure their proper execution.
• Manage post-incident processes: handle customer complaints, draft NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and provide feedback to sales representatives if necessary. Analyze any malfunctions that occurred and propose solutions to prevent them from happening again.
• Handle requests for additional costs on various client systems and ensure their follow-up.
• Manage the agency's building (periodic checks, repairs, contact with service providers in case of problems, etc.).
• Create a pleasant working environment that inspires the team.

Desired Profile:

• Strong customer service sense, analytical skills, and motivational capacity.
• Reactivity, adaptability, dynamism.
• Proficiency with computers.
• English spoken, read, and written at a satisfactory level is mandatory.
