We are looking for a Chinese Speaking – Customer Care Associate – based in Shanghai and reporting directly to the Customer Support & Experience Manager.
Your Role: Y ou’ll be a key to Easy4Pro’s growth in APAC Based in Shanghai, you’ll support customers, troubleshoot their queries, process compliances and help team in process improvements to enhance operations. 🌟
Job-Responsibilities
• Customer Support: Provide timely and effective assistance via tickets and/or phone, ensuring customer needs are met.
• Conflict Resolution: Oversee and resolve disputes between carriers and customers, maintaining strong relationships.
• Process Compliance: Follow company workflows to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Process Improvement: Create supporting materials, communications, and user-focused content to enhance operations.
• Training: Onboard and train new customers and suppliers joining the Easy4Pro community.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the team to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Invoicing Support: Verify documents, check for accuracy, register suppliers and contracts, and process payments.
Your profile:
➢ Experience in logistics and supply chain ((2PL, 3PL, or 4PL) or a SaaS environment is a strong advantage.
➢ Must speak English and Mandarin/Fluent in Chinese. Other languages are an advantage.
➢ University Degree, B.S. or Master.
➢ Based in Shanghai (China)
➢ A self-starter who can demonstrate a high level of organization & independence
➢ Strong client communication abilities and capacity to communicate regularly on the project follow up with diverse stakeholders
➢ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, customer-oriented
➢ Comfortable with technology and digital tools
➢ You are also dynamic, highly motivated, rigorous, team player, hands-on, customer-oriented, cost-conscious, flexible, helicopter view, cost-conscious, and persuasive.
