We’re looking for an IT Support Level 2/Application Support Engineer to join our team in Porto!
In this role, you’ll act as a key link between our Level 1 Support and Development teams. You’ll be responsible for handling Level 2 incidents, investigating and resolving complex technical issues, and contributing to the continuous improvement and stability of our applications.
Your Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve Level 2 support incidents escalated by the Level 1 team

Analyze application bugs and deliver reliable fixes in collaboration with developers

Write, test, and deploy small to medium bug fixes (mainly in PHP and JavaScript)

Monitor application performance and logs to detect and prevent issues

Maintain clear and concise technical documentation for recurring incidents and solutions
Your Profile

Proficient in PHP, JavaScript, and SQL

Solid debugging and problem-solving skills

Comfortable using Git and working with ticketing systems

Autonomous, structured, and proactive

Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Fluent in English – French is a plus
