Your mission
As a Credit Management Associate, you'll be at the forefront of assessing customer files to verify their creditworthiness and ensuring prompt payment behaviors. Your efforts will directly contribute to our financial health and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Efficient Cash Collection: Adhere to internal processes and utilize our Credit Management tool to ensure timely cash collection.
- Customer Inquiry Management: Address customer inquiries swiftly and accurately, understanding their market and needs.
- Receivable Issue Resolution: Collaborate with customer service and commercial colleagues to resolve payment disputes and claims.
- Solvency Analysis: Monitor and analyze customer solvency to preempt payment delays or non-payments.
- Credit Limit Management: Set and monitor credit limits with support from Headquarters.
- Reconciliation: Reconcile customer invoices and payments in the accounting system.
- Interdepartmental Communication: Inform and closely work with sales and customer service teams.
- Reporting: Maintain and produce various control files and reports to support the credit management process.
