With its smart Business Intelligence services, companies can track their performance and make data-driven decisions.
You will be working for Easy4Pro already operating in all 5 continents. With the agility of a start-up and the stability of a group, you are in charge of overseeing the lead and prospect generation for our European market.
Your missions:
- Ensure that every customer receives the right support according to its needs
- Follow up the company processes and workflows in order to give full satisfaction to our customers
- Process weekly reports (KPI’s analysis) for submission to management
- Provide training to new customers and or suppliers
- Collaborate with the whole team with a continuous improvement approach
- Support the invoicing process of the company
- Following daily unsolved customer’s or carrier’s issues
- Oversee the billing process.
Your profile:
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- An experience in logistics or transportation is advantageous
- Tech-savvy, adept at leveraging sales intelligence tools, email marketing, and marketing automation. Proficient in using LinkedIn for networking and relationship building.
- You must love networking and creating relationships
- An experience is needed, not necessarily within a company, but you should be at least capable of leveraging a personal experience.
