Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Provide timely and effective assistance via tickets and/or phone, ensuring customer needs are met.
  • Transport Monitoring: Follow-up shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Conflict Resolution: Oversee and resolve disputes between carriers and customers, maintaining strong relationships.
  • Process Compliance: Follow company workflows to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Process Improvement: Create supporting materials, communications, and user-focused content to enhance operations.
  • Training: Onboard and train new customers and suppliers joining the Easy4Pro community.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the team to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Invoicing Support: Verify documents, check for accuracy, and register suppliers and contracts.
  • Work Schedule from 7am to 16pm

Your Profile:

  • Fluent in English and French (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong client communication skills (written, verbal, and online face-to-face).
  • Dynamic, motivated, rigorous, team-oriented, and customer-focused.
  • A self-starter who thinks independently but collaborates effectively.
  • Flexible, cost-conscious, and persuasive in problem-solving.
  • Passionate about delivering quick, sustainable solutions with curiosity and engagement.
  • Comfortable with technology and digital tools.
  • University degree (B.S. or Master’s).
  • Experience in logistics (2PL, 3PL, or 4PL) or a SaaS environment is a strong advantage.
