Position Overview

We are looking for a Level 1 Support Technician to join our team in Porto.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong customer support mindset and a technical background.
You will be the first point of contact for internal users and will work closely with our IT and product teams.

The tools you’ll primarily support include Zoho Suite (Desk, CRM, etc.) and Google Workspace.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming support requests (tickets, email, chat)

  • Diagnose and resolve Level 1 technical issues or escalate when necessary

  • Assist users with daily usage of Zoho (Desk, CRM) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, etc.)

  • Update internal documentation and knowledge bases

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes

Required Skills

Technical:

  • Experience with Zoho tools (Desk, CRM, etc.)

  • Good knowledge of Google Workspace (Admin Console, Drive, Gmail)

  • Basic development skills (e.g., PHP, JavaScript, SQL, or Google Apps Script)

  • Understanding of APIs and cloud tools is a strong asset

  • Comfortable using ticketing systems and collaborative tools

Languages:

  • Fluent English (written and spoken) – working language

  • French is a plus

Ideal Profile

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles

  • Technically curious, fast learner, and hands-on mindset

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Problem-solver with attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and in a team
