Short Description: 

Implementation and follow-up of Group carrier projects. Provide training and support to our carriers regarding several projects. Monitoring of the performance of your designated carrier pool and making sure to keep them satisfied as well as implementing continuous improvement plans if needed.

Job Responsibilities:

• Follow up the carrier or team requests via our ticketing system

• Process and manage level 1 tickets and apply the company workflows to assign the others ticket in order to give full satisfaction to our carriers

• Provide training and support to carriers regarding Rubiwin usage when necessary

• Check & validate all carrier documents regarding compliance

• Upload documents for carriers when needed

• Edit and set up the contract drafts for the recruitment teams

• Collaborate with the whole Rubiwin team with a continuous improvement approach

• Support the invoicing process of the company

• You report to the Rubiwin Implementation Manager

• You are trustworthy, efficient and organized

Skills:

• English 

• MS Office 

• Transport industry knowledge (value) 

• Google Suite 

• Data Analysis

Condition of employment:

• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) 

• Any other language is a plus
