Once we have received your application, you will receive an automated reply confirming your application. We will assess how well your profile matches with the defined requirements of the respective job. If we require any additional information or have any questions we will contact you.
If you are selected for the next step, we usually invite you for a face-to-face interview. After scheduling the interview you will receive a confirmation through our system. In some circumstances, depending on the position or, for example for applications from abroad, we might schedule first a video interview. The aim is to get a personal impression in a conversational situation with representatives from the relevant department and/or HR. Depending on the position, there are multiple rounds of interviews, possibly an assessment or study case and/or a get-to-know day in the respective department.
