Job description

 

  1. General purpose of the function

 

Inside sales representatives sell products and services to customers. They will primarily deal with source sales via email, cold calling, and lead follow-up calls. As an inside sales representative, you will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You will be responsible for a dedicated customer portfolio within Germany.

 

  1. Responsibilities:

 

  • Development of new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls and emails

  • Understanding customer needs and requirements

  • Forwarding of qualified opportunities to the appropriate account / sales manager for further development and completion

  • Completion of sales and achievement of quarterly KPIs, with the focus primarily on small and medium-sized companies

  • Customer research or identification and addressing of potential customers

  • Maintenance and expansion of our database with potential customers in Germany

  • Working closely with channel partners to build the pipeline and close deals

  • Effectively conduct presentations and online demonstrations to potential customers

  • Preparation of cost estimates

 

  1. Working conditions 

  • Time: 8 hours per day during the weekdays

  • Conditions: 

  • Office: work from the company office / home office can be discussed

  • Travel: no traveling needed, except for integration process and Sales meetings (up to 4 times per year)

  • Training: internal training (via Genius Academy platform) 

 

III. Requirements
 

  • Experience in Telesales, Inside Sales is a plus

  • Knowledge of using a CRM system

  • Successfully completed relevant studies or training is an advantage

  • Excellent IT skills, especially in dealing with Google Suite

  • High self-motivation / ambitions and the desire to act as a brand ambassador for the company

  • Communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to work in a team and a proactive and solution-oriented approach

  • Excellent language skills in German and English (spoken and written)
