We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Associate to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will support a variety of HR functions including onboarding, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and compliance. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a strong foundation in HR and contribute to a dynamic workplace. The HR Associate is expected to bring a continuous contribution to improve HR management within the Group integrating business needs, strategic orientations, employee’s engagement.
Job-Responsibilities
1). Payroll & Compensation Administration
- Preparing, entering, and verifying payroll data for our international subsidiaries, including variable compensation, absences, schedules, and paid leave, for our payroll providers.
- Ensuring the total salary budget within my scope of responsibility remains compliant.
- Verifying the application of all internal and external compensation regulations.
2). Employee Lifecycle Management
- Supporting both onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure seamless transitions for employees.
- Preparing employment contracts, amendments, and engagement letters.
- Maintaining accurate and current employee records in our HR systems.
- Ensuring adherence to HR processes concerning social legislation.
3). Employee Support & Advisory
- Addressing employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Providing guidance to country managers and assisting in their decision-making on sensitive matters, following validation from the CHRO/HRBP.
- Seeking legal counsel from local experts when necessary for complex issues.
4). Learning & Development
- Managing and tracking training requests in line with Group policies.
5). Internal HR Projects & Communication
- Contributing to the development of HR initiatives such as internal communications and welcome materials.
- Participating in the design of effective HR management tools.
- Contributing to cross-functional projects focused on HR development.
6). General HR Support
- Managing various ad-hoc requests as needed.
Your profile:
- Specialized degree in HR or law
- 2-4 years of experience as a generalist HR officer
- Excellent use of IT tools and data oriented
- Strong analytical ability
- Must speak fluent English and at least one of the 2 main languages of the group (including German, Dutch)
- Excellent analysis and writing skills as well as autonomy are required
- To be force of proposition, rigorous, autonomous
- Used to work in a decentralized team
